How do I Export my Feed Settings to support?

When our Feed Them Social support team tries to debug any issue, we will need your System Info (FT Social > System Info) and your Feed Settings.

You can get to the "Export Feed Settings" one of two ways.

The first way you must go to one of your existing feeds. If you have not created a feed yet, skip to the second way below.

a) In your WordPress dashboard, go to FT Social > Feeds and click on whichever previously created feed you need help with.

b) Once on your feed, on the far right side, under Advanced, select the Export tab (this is selected by default and is shown by the arrow in the screenshot), then click the "Export" button below (circled in the screenshot). Once that button has been clicked, the box will populate, and the first part of a very long code will show. Copy/paste that to us.

2) The second way to do this would be by creating a new feed similar to the first way but a little different.
First, go to FT Social > Add New Feed in your WordPress dashboard. Then select the social media platform you wish to display (or Combined Streams). You must click the gain access token button to acquire an access token. Once the prompts return you to WordPress, click the long, green bar to create your feed. After you have configured your feed, click update. Now, you can head to the far right side and under Advanced, and under the Export tab, click the "Export" button under the blank bar (same as the above screenshot). After clicking the export button, the bar will populate with your code. Copy/paste this code to us.
